This short course will run monthly webinars, give you the opportunity to do your coursework at home. You will receive a professional Level 2 qualification awarded to you by TQUK.
This course is cost-free to you. All our programmes are regulated and funded through the government or the apprenticeship levy.
If you live in Kirklees, Bradford or Liverpool City Region and are over the age of nineteen then you may be eligible to full funding for the team leading training programme.

A good team leader will manage performance and development of their teams, be an excellent communicator, understand the wider business, have a strong grasp on health and safety in the workplace and competently be able to lead and manage their team.
The team leader training we offer is either the diploma or apprenticeship route.
The level 2 team leading diploma can be a great start to getting qualified in team leading. A level 3 team leading apprenticeship is also available. Learners can also progress to the level 5 operations or departmental manager apprenticeship.
