Stevie Deeble, the Operations Manager at Kids Inc Nurseries, shares: “Currently, we have twenty-three apprentices across our thirteen nurseries, all working towards their level 2 early years practitioner or level 3 early years educator apprenticeships. Some of our apprentices are approaching the end of their training and preparing for their end point assessment. It’s been incredible to witness their growth as they’ve developed into confident individuals, forming strong bonds with our children and their parents.”
“They have become highly valued members of our team, and we’re excited about their future careers with Kids Inc Nurseries. Some apprentices are eager to pursue higher-level apprenticeship training, while others are seeking progression within our company, taking on greater responsibilities in their roles. In fact, we already have 28 apprentices enrolled for 2023 as part of our ongoing staff development plans.

Each year, Kids Inc Nurseries hold an annual Chirstmas party where they recognise outstanding achievements with the Nursery Practitioner of the Year Award. In 2022, several of their apprentices received this prestigious honour, showcasing their hard work and dedication to the children and their families.
Apprentices are highly valued at Kids Inc Nurseries. They acquire crucial knowledge, skills and behaviours throughout their training, which they seamlessly apply from day one thanks to the excellent role models provided by their existing staff.
Stevie Deeble continues: “The support we have received from Realise has been exceptional. The managers are hands-on, providing guidance and ensuring our apprentices achieve their goals within a realistic timeframe. Communication is paramount, and we appreciate that everyone at Realise is readily available to discuss progress, address concerns, and provide daily updates via email or phone calls. We hold monthly meetings to review the progress of all our apprentices, and these meetings involve the Performance Manager, Operations Manager and Operations Director. This level of dedication from the assessors right up to the Operations Director clearly demonstrates their passion for delivering the best for our apprentices.”
