Realise and Springpod launch innovative accelerator programme

Realise

We have partnered with an online student recruitment platform to create an exclusive early years apprenticeship accelerator programme.

About the partnership:

Alongside Springpod we have launched an exciting new platform that provides people with first-hand insight into what to expect from an early years apprenticeship, alongside expert coaching on how to succeed during the application process.

At the end of the accelerator programme, people will be matched by an in-house recruiter to help them secure an early years apprenticeship.

The scheme is being trialled in Greater London with a view to it being rolled out nationwide in the future.

The Springpod careers platform allows students to experience the world of work before they apply but also enables employers and education providers to target, inform and engage students as they start planning their future.

Karen Derbyshire, head of early years at Realise,  said:

“This is an extremely exciting partnership and will provide people who are actively looking for a career in the early years sector with more clarity on what a typical day looks like and how they can progress their career.

“Springpod has built up an outstanding reputation in recent years and we believe that enhancing our apprenticeship offering with this early years programme will only improve the quality of learners coming through at Realise.

“By the end of the programme people will have the experience and advice they need not only to decide on the right role for them, but to succeed in the application process as well.

“We have ambitious plans for the partnership and are confident we can grow our offering to roll it out nationwide in the coming months.”

“Realise has recently been named the UK’s apprenticeship provider of the year so we are thrilled to be involved in this partnership.

“Realise’s exciting early years apprenticeships provide the head start people need to work in the childcare sector so if you’re considering early years or looking for a career to support young children then their accelerator may just be what you need.

“Our on-demand service gives people access to exclusive videos with current apprentices, allowing them to discover what working in education is really like.

“If you meet the eligibility criteria you can start right away so we would encourage you to apply now if you’re interested.”
