Operational Departmental Manager Level 5 ILM qualification
Realises will deliver a bespoke, two-year training plan branded the ‘Inspirational Leaders 2019 Development Programme.’ Not only will the training support employees’ career progression but it will also help support Stroma Group and its ongoing people strategy. The programme uses Stroma Group’s apprenticeship levy, complementing a number of other learning and development work streams which it will be launching in 2019.
Jonathan Gallie, Group HR Director for Stroma Group said: “We are delighted to be partnering with Realise, using their experience and resources to deliver a tailored ILM management programme that supports our overall business strategy and core values for 2019 and beyond.
“This is an exciting period of growth and development for Stroma and good service comes from having the best people being led by the best management teams. The apprenticeship from Realise which incorporates the ILM qualification, means that we can ensure our managers are supporting us through change, while engaging our employees who deliver an outstanding service.”
Realise and Stroma work in partnership to deliver a training plan which ensures employees are fully trained and supported throughout, complementing the company’s high standards and excellent customer service.
Jennifer Munslow, National Strategic Account Manager at Realise, said: “We have many years of experience working in the construction sector and this new contract with Stroma Group is a real endorsement of the quality training we are able to deliver.
“The apprenticeship programme we have created will help nurture the next generation of the company’s management professionals, ensuring Stroma continues to deliver the best customer experience.”
