I have been working in as an assessor for 5 years after working in the health and social care sector for over 30 years in elderly residential care where I specialised as a deputy manager in dementia care and end of life support. I love to share my knowledge and help learners to progress with their apprenticeship to give them the opportunity to achieve the skills and practice to support our aging population.
As an assessor I have keen belief that all learners are different and have a variety of aspirations and goals, whether it is just to up skill or to climb the career ladder as I did in my health and social care career.
I am looking forward to working at Realise and helping apprentices find the right course and support through a varied and structured journey of their learning and development and fulfilling their true potential.
