Our Team Leader apprenticeship has been designed by our Management and Leadership specialists to create an exciting, challenging and quality learning experience.

We deliver an inspiring programme so that you learn and develop the fundamental requirements of a successful manager and leader.

This Level 3 programme will give you a sound understanding of what is expected of you as a manager. It will also provide you with a strong foundation for you to be able to progress in your chosen field, to practice your newfound knowledge and prepare you for future learning opportunities such as the operations departmental manager level 5 apprenticeship.

At the end of the programme you’ll have mastered the basic management essential skills ready for the next stage of your career.

This course is cost-free to learners. All our programmes our regulated and funded through the government or the apprenticeship levy.

The Team Leader course is ideal for you if you are in a front line management role with operational or project responsibilities or you are already managing a team to achieve a shared goal.
